Once you adopt a speshie, it is yours to keep. All sales are final in this swamp.

If we sent the wrong order, or yours arrived damaged, photograph the parcel and the piece, email us as soon as it lands, and we will take care of the return.

Ground Collective pieces combine mixed materials with custom creatures designed from the Ground up.

Small variations in colour, shape, texture, glitter, hand-painted details and finish are part of their nature. No two speshies are entirely alike.

Materials may shift, tarnish or develop character over time. Handle each piece with care and consult its product page for specimen-specific notes.

Wearable art prefers dry ecosystems.

Keep your speshie away from water, sweat, perfume, lotion and harsh cleaners. Remove before sleeping, bathing or swimming, and avoid pulling, crushing or sharp bends.

Enter other ecosystems at your own whimsy risk. Speshies are not toys and are not intended for children.

The jewellery is real. The lore is for delight.

Our marketing includes sketches, character drawings and other bog theatrics because we are damp and dramatic like that. These are imaginative depictions, not exact product representations.

Ground ships from the United States via USPS and UPS. Every order is packed and sent as swiftly as our webbed fingers allow.

Shipping within the United States is a flat $9 USD per order, with no free-shipping threshold. Sales tax is calculated separately at checkout, based on your delivery address.

Once your order leaves Ground, tracking will arrive by email so you may follow your speshie through the mail stream.

Tracking sometimes stalls for a few days before it updates. If your parcel stops moving, or never arrives at all, email us and we will open a case with the carrier.

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If yours was wrong, email us immediately—while the parcel is still with us we can correct it. Once it has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

Each speshie is produced in limited quantities. Once it leaves the swamp, its return is never promised.

Each speshie arrives in a Ground Collective Jewellery Capsule Box with its own Ground ID card—marked truly yours.
